- Is it a clean title? If not, please provide details about the owners.
- Is/Are the property owner/s available in person?
- If property owner is not available, do you have a trusted representative?
- Do you have photos or video of the property?
- Tell us more about your property that you think may help us in our buying decision.
- We will review the details, documents, and photos you submitted. If the team is interested in your property, our representative will contact you for viewing for our final assessment.
- The team will discuss further details based on what was viewed.
- Should the team decides with the purchase, we will draft Offer to Purchase for your review.
- If we come up with a fair agreement, we will set up an appointment with you at our preferred location to proceed with the Sale of your property.
The team works closely with a reputable local Real Estate Lawyer, Appraiser and Realtor to facilitate the legal and other important matters for a smooth and successful selling and buying transaction.
